In order to use eLingual.Net, a user must first complete the registration form and become a member (client, professional).  During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). As part of our services, eLingual.Net provides the opportunity for you to post your resume, jobs, ratings and other Personal Information.  This information will be safely stored on the server.  This information is used to contact you by us and other members about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest. 

If you have participated in ratings or posted jobs, you will not be able to remove your name from the database because ratings or job posting cannot be anonymous.  Your profile will be displayed to logged-in site members.

How we use your information
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons, (i) internal record keeping (ii) improve our services (iii) periodically send emails about available jobs which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided

Your Access to and Control Over Information
If at any time you would like your account removed from our site, you may do so by calling, writing, emailing or send us a message through the Contact Us Form.  You can do the following, (i) see what data we have about you (ii) change/correct any data we have about you (iii) have us delete any data we have about you (iv) express any concern you have about our site’s use of your data

eLingual.Net does not disclose credit card account information provided by its members.  When members choose to pay using their credit cards, eLingual.Net uses a reputable third party transaction processing company, Authorize.Net, to process credit card transactions for purchases made on our site.  Your credit card information is encrypted via a secure Internet connection (SSL – Secure Socket Layer).  eLingual.Net does not collect or receive any of your credit card information.

Although eLingual.Net uses every reasonable means to protect your Personal Information, we are not responsible for any improper use of your Personal Information once it is beyond the control of eLingual.Net.  This website contains links to other websites.  eLingual.Net has no control over and is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of such sites.  When you send your profile to any third parties, your submissions will be subject to their privacy policies.  In this case, your profile would be outside the eLingual.Net’s site and control.  You should exercise caution and look at the privacy policy applicable to the website in question.
